Turnaround Time (TAT)

All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.🚚 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S.

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days after production)
  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Local pickup is available for select areas. If offered, you’ll see this option at checkout and receive instructions via email when your order is ready.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Pixel & Press Design Co. is not responsible for delays or lost packages once shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier.
